Intellicom is a specialist software development company and service provider, which offers unified communications solutions for future thinking business. The software and services include infrastructural and service solutions associated with voice and data network connectivity (including VoIP / SIP trunks), 3rd party systems integration, custom solutions development & on-site support. Intellicom serves more than 4000 businesses nationally and internationally processing 50 million calls a week.

We were tasked to create a new corporate brand identity along with a promotional website. The Brief was to give more visibility to Intellicom within the market place and help them reach their target audience. Creating a modern, versatile and technology-driven brand identity. The main challenge was conceptualising iconography that communicates with the audience and make them feel they can trust in the new brand and that they are been cared for through Intellicom’s personalised support and service.

The new brand represents communication, software, personalised service, resilience, security and trust.

The circle represents the world, the communication and the protection. The dot represents the user who is been cared for by Intellicom. The colourful and modern colour palette is complemented with bright & fresh supporting imagery allowing their communications to be bolder and instantly recognisable by there users by simply using colour as a key identifier.
