Bord Gáis Energy were conducting an internal program and events day, to get staff together, to enable understanding of what everyone within the organisation did and how they could work more effectively with each other and for each other. A unifying concept was developed around the idea of a domino effect, how the actions of one affected the ability of another. Promotional and event materials were developed, starting with a teaser campaign, online internal materials and on the day domino relay events to lighten the atmosphere. The whole thing was meant to be informative but still light hearted.
