Profiler is an online analytical tool, which offers deep insight into any organisations current skills, and then highlights capability development opportunities for individuals.

A simple graphic icon places people at the heart of the Profiler identity. This character then formed the basis for range of icons, addressing the systems functionality & reporting.

Profiler focuses on the individual, the team member, the manager – the people that really make the difference.
