The accompanying publication was produced for the Science Gallery exhibition Edible: The taste of things to come. The publication reflects the central premise of the show, which is how the choices we make in our daily diet determine the future of food.
The aim was to create a publication that served not only as an exhibition guide and legacy piece, but also as a collection of informative articles and contemporary recipes which could sow seeds in the imagination of future explorers of the human diet.
Illustrating the speculative and playful nature of the exhibition was of paramount importance in order to tie together the various exhibits and events therein while also inspiring the audience to experiment with food in an easily accessible catalogue format.
