To highlight the launch and encourage usage of the Saorview app we developed a sub-identity and campaign that delivered a focused message while also building the parent brand.
Building on Saorviews colourful identity, the app identity shows a series of colours projecting from the app icon. The colours in turn relate to the variety of TV icons developed for the main identity. As with the main identity this was designed to be dynamic and animated.
The apps main function at launch was to view a TV Guide and set reminders. We developed a campaign focusing on never missing your favourite TV moments. Each ad focused on a different TV genre culminating with a custom version of the app identity.
