What began as a voluntary initiative has become a living record of cultural, commercial, and societal change, captured through the visual communications that shape how Ireland sees itself and is seen internationally. Today, 100 Archive is widely used by designers, educators, students, researchers, and clients as a reference point for the evolution of Irish design practice.
As we begin the 2025 Open Call for Submissions, we want to underline something simple but essential:
100 Archive only exists because designers choose to participate.
By submitting work, you are not just entering a selection process — you are contributing to a shared cultural record that reflects the diversity, ambition, and intelligence of design practice in Ireland and across the Irish diaspora.
Who can submit
- Designers and studios based in Ireland
- Irish designers working internationally
- Projects across the full spectrum of communication design (graphic, editorial, brand, type, digital, motion…)
Why submit
- Your work becomes part of an ever-evolving, publicly accessible design repository
- 100 Archive supports research, education, and professional practice
- It offers clients and commissioners a meaningful view of Irish design excellence
- It helps chart how our industry responds to social, cultural, and economic change
Please help us spread the word
If you value 100 Archive, why not share the Open Call with colleagues, collaborators, and associates who may not yet be part of it? Peer-to-peer advocacy is one of the most powerful ways 100 Archive continues to grow and we always welcome support from our community members.
