A’Design Awards Exhibition (2015)

We worked with the team in ID2015 to develop the exhibition of platinum A’Design Award winning designs. As the material for the show was entirely 2D with no physical objects, we endeavoured to create a more immersive experience. We used 3m high cardboard tubes – normally used for casting concrete columns – to create a forest of visual material. Using text and imagery at varying scales, allowed visitors to discover projects at their own pace, delivering detail for those who sought it. The dotted floor plan suggested a pattern which was used across accompanying printed material.
