Birr Vintage Week & Arts Festival

Birr Vintage Week & Arts Festival is an annual community gathering held in the town of Birr, County Offaly. Initially established to pay tribute to Birr's Georgian heritage, it has gradually transformed into a multifaceted celebration that encompasses more than just vintage themes. Today, the festival showcases a diverse range of activities, including national and international artists presenting visual arts, theatre, music, street performances, pop-up acts, workshops, exhibitions, and much more. As 2023 marked the festival's 55th year, the brand was refreshed to more accurately mirror the vibrancy and dynamism of this event.

This dynamic brand aims to update the visual identity associated with one of Ireland's longest standing festivals, whilst also retaining a nod to its rich history. At the heart of the visual identity is the 'V' brand mark, which functions as a versatile design element capable of housing photography, illustrative elements, and the primary logo. This versatility provides the necessary flexibility for branding this diverse event. The iconography was also extended to encapsulate the fundamental pillars that have sustained the festival's success for over fifty years.
