Broadlake is an entrepreneurial investment and business development group based in Ireland, with a strong track record of success, and global ambition.
As the organisation evolved, its existing brand no longer reflected the clarity, confidence or distinctiveness of what Broadlake truly stood for.
We were appointed to deliver a strategic repositioning that would align brand, culture and ambition, providing a clear and authentic platform for growth.
Through in-depth discovery, stakeholder workshops and competitor analysis, we identified three defining qualities at the heart of the organisation: Intention, Performance and Impact. These became the foundation for Broadlake’s positioning and brand story.
The resulting identity expressed Broadlake’s entrepreneurial spirit while retaining continuity with its heritage (the original logo remained unchanged).
The positioning line “Redefining Possible” articulated the organisation’s ambition, while a distinctive visual system, people-centred photography and confident colour palette brought the brand to life.
Beyond identity, we helped translate the brand into practical tools and platforms that support culture, performance and wellbeing across the business. The outcome is a coherent, future-focused brand that resonates internally and clearly communicates Broadlake’s unique approach to founders, partners and talent worldwide.
