Brown Thomas and Arnotts (BTA), Ireland’s leading luxury retailers, set out to create a best-in-class shopping app that redefines digital luxury. We helped them design a seamless, high-performance mobile experience that blends convenience with elegance, ensuring every interaction feels as premium as their in-store offering. From an intuitive interface to a streamlined loyalty program, the app now puts BTA’s world of luxury at customers' fingertips.
The app was crafted with a pared-back typographic approach, allowing the content and products to take centre stage. To bring the experience to life, we created high-end 3D video assets inspired by the materiality of BTA’s luxury products, elevating in-app visuals and digital campaigns. Editorial content has been completely reimagined—now shoppable within the app—turning inspiration into instant transactions. Since launch, app transactions have surged by 40%, and with the loyalty card just one click away, shopping has never been more effortless or engaging.
