Créatúr

Créatúr is a project with big ambitions, to tell a revised history of Irish Whiskey and its tastes.

Culminating in a book (2026), Whiskey release (2028) and a series of monthly in-person and virtual events throughout the life of the project, there will also be multiple experimental spirit releases exclusive to our supporters along the way.

The project has brought a cast of whiskey industry leaders together on a global quest to find the true origins of Irish Whiskey, dispelling some of the oft told myths surrounding the industry since its inception.
