Kaufman Music Center is a non-profit organisation in New York City operating at the intersection of education, performance, and public service. The Day of Musical Action is its annual musical marathon, an event that invites people of all ages and musical abilities to fundraise for the Lucy Moses School.
Working closely with the Development Team, the project involved designing a suite of promotional and day-of materials to support engagement across print and digital touchpoints. The central visual of a personified stopwatch celebrates each individual’s “time to shine” on the Merkin Hall stage, acknowledging the time-sensitive nature of the event in a way that feels fun and approachable. This hero image is supported by a wider suite of illustrations that reflect a day filled with music, movement, and activity.
