Energia Customer Communications

Energia are Ireland’s greenest energy supplier. We have worked with them over the last year to strengthen their customer communications and drive retention by emphasising their green credentials and the great offers and rewards they offer their customers.

We started by redesigning their customer lifecycle comms and introduced a new illustration and animation style to drive engagement. We created a theming strategy to humanise the content and use animation and illustration to bring it to life.
