We worked with the team at HIV Ireland to develop an identity for their Glow Red campaign to promote an end to HIV related stigma on World Aids Day. This annual event sees the buildings and national monuments around the country bathed in red light. The initial idea was to create an enamel badge to raise awareness of the campaign as well as much needed funds. So the graphic mark needed to communicate quickly while still being clearly part of their overall identity. With this in mind we leant into the visual pun; a simple lightbulb graphic with the classic HIV ribbon as the filament. We developed a typographic styling for the backing board, screen animations and press packs for their launch as well as social media assets to promote #GlowRed4WAD and the supporting #WearRed promotion.
