IADT Strategic Plan 2024–28 Website

The digital version of the IADT Strategic Plan 2024–28 complements the printed edition also produced. The brief was to deliver a forward-thinking design output, befitting the high standards the institution sets for itself and its students. Our approach challenged the conventional norms typically associated with documents of this nature, aiming to stand out in the crowded space of proposals submitted to government.

We developed a narrative-style website, with content sections that scroll both vertically and horizontally. The underlying graphic framework, visible across all applications, highlights IADTs structured and methodical approach. Ease of use and accessibility were central to our thinking throughout the project. We began with a high-contrast colour palette ensuring visual clarity and to aid navigation, we transformed the strategic diagram from the printed version into an interactive navigation system.

The site is populated with rich media. A series of portraits, both static and video, of staff and students, were commissioned, helping to humanise the document and as a means of engaging the wider IADT community in the ambitious vision set out in the plan.
