KOSMOS, a global leader in construction cost and carbon management, partnered with Piquant to transform and modernise their brand from the ground up. As the organisation expanded, its brand struggled to reflect its data-driven innovation or provide a cohesive vision for internal teams.
Piquant utilised a co-design approach, incorporating staff surveys and workshops, to align the organisation from within. This resulted in KOSMOS 2.0, a strategic roadmap defining their unique position at the intersection of digital transformation and sustainability.
The revitalised brand features a digital-first system, incorporating a dynamic motion identity, 2.5D illustrations, and a natural-toned palette. To launch the strategy, Piquant installed augmented-reality posters in KOSMOS’ global offices and produced motion graphic videos to simplify complex service offerings.
This collaboration successfully unified KOSMOS’ global workforce and established a future-ready brand system. By blending strategic clarity with a dynamic system, KOSMOS is now empowered to lead the built environment toward a sustainable, data-driven future.
