We were approached by the guys who run the Fat Fox Cafe in Greystones to create the identity for their new coffee roasters 'Never A Days Trouble.' The clients themselves who are keen owners of vintage vehicles from the 80's and 90's in particular, wanted to reflect this in the brand identity. The name 'Never A Days Trouble' comes from the familiar Irish saying when someone asks "how's your car going?" and the typical answer being "ah shur, never a days trouble."

We set about creating a set of illustrations around famous vehicles from the 80's - 90's era (Land Rover, Toyota Corolla, Hi-Ace van) to be used as part of the brand identity. To complement the illustration style we used a retro rounded typeface for the logo and a soft bright colour palette of pastel tones to complete the cheerful feel to the brand. We have also created a range of custom retail bags that are in production (held up due to lockdown) as well as a range of collateral and merchandise.
