OMOS is a Kildare-based designer and manufacturer of high-quality street furniture, known for precision, craftsmanship, and sustainability. With decades of experience and an expanding international footprint, they required a bold new identity and digital presence to reflect their status as a trusted partner in shaping contemporary public spaces.

Inspired by the physical branding on OMOS products, we collaborated with typographer Bobby Tannam to create bespoke letterforms that would serve as the foundation for a distinctive typographic mark. The custom type is variable, shifting between stencil and solid weights, with dynamic kerning that adapts across applications. This flexibility echoes the modularity of OMOS’s furniture, while the stencil-like elements allow for consistent application across materials—whether stamped into metal or printed on paper. The resulting identity is both industrial and refined, striking a balance between function and design sophistication.

The identity extended beyond the logo. Working closely with the OMOS team, we helped rationalise their product catalogue and standardise technical documentation – ensuring clarity and consistency across all materials for architects and planners. The visual language was further applied across vehicle livery, marketing material and stationery, strengthening recognition across every customer touchpoint.

The redesigned website balances form and function. Alongside intuitive product navigation and detailed specifications for designers, we introduced editorial content to build thought leadership, reinforcing OMOS’s position at the forefront of public realm thinking. Case studies highlight the diversity of their urban impact, from city centres to coastal promenades, inviting users to explore their role in transforming environments.

This confident new brand system positions OMOS to lead conversations around the future of public space, embodying both the technical excellence and human-centred design that define their work. With elements already visible on Dublin’s Capel Street, the project demonstrates how good design shapes how we live, gather, and move through the world.
