Optica are one of Dublin’s most established and well-loved opticians. Having occupied a premises in Royal Hibernian Way for over 10 years they were moving to a temporary premises on Dawson Street while a much larger premises is being fitted out. We were delighted when Deirdre and Donal asked us to work with them on both the pop up and their permanent home (opening in 2015).

For the pop up they briefed us that the design should be bold to fit with the pop up nature of the store but in order to work with the high end ranges of designer glasses they sell it should also have the feel of a gallery. Deirdre also like the idea of using large, standout quotes to create impact and interest on the prominent corner site. Alongside these wall and window graphics we created an A Board complete with bespoke brass glasses and a stretched canvas wall hanging.
