ScorePlay, a digital asset management platform for sports organisations, needed a streamlined and effective marketing website following a brand refresh by Associate. We conducted user research, developed personas, and assembled a content strategy and prototypes to ensure the new site aligned with both user needs and the refreshed brand identity.

Collaborating closely with Associate, we designed and built a high-fidelity website, incorporating animation and interaction prototyping while integrating third-party tools such as WeGlot for translation and localisation, HubSpot for CRM, and Mailchimp for email marketing. The project included transitioning from a cumbersome legacy Webflow site to a simpler, more intuitive Kirby CMS, optimising both user and client experiences.

The resulting platform reduced operational costs, provided a more intuitive backend for the ScorePlay team, and enhanced the overall user experience. By addressing key pain points and aligning the website with the brand’s vision, we supported ScorePlay in achieving a more cohesive and impactful online presence.
