Tackle Your Feelings is an innovative campaign aimed at breaking down the stigma around emotional and mental vulnerability. Created to draw on sport psychology to encourage people to improve their mental wellbeing. The campaign cornerstone is an app giving users the tools to tackle this issue. The main objective of the campaign was to leverage the influential platform of rugby to inspire change in how people think and act around their mental wellbeing. The campaign specifically attempted to engage people in the early stages of behaviour change who would not normally consider mental wellbeing important given the stigma around it.

We worked in partnership with RPI and sports psychologists to create a bold and friendly digital brand platform and app that guides users through a well-being course in an engaging way with supporting video content from popular rugby figures to help encourage users to engage with the platform. We created a clean simple user interface across all digital platforms to showcase the resources and key areas fo the App. An easy step by step UI guides users through the steps necessary to improve how they see themselves and how they interact with those around them.

We created an original comprehensive branding system that integrates the various different app platforms in a bold and friendly way, with supporting marketing material and animation graphics becoming instantly recognisable as part of the Tackle your Feelings campaign. Exceeding all expectations, TYF reached an international audience and inspired similar campaigns across the globe. The website was accessed in over 130 countries and the app was downloaded in 35 countries with over 8000 downloads.
