One of the biggest projects I worked on while at Bureau Borsche was the greatly anticipated relaunch of The Face magazine, an iconic music, fashion and culture publication from the 80’s. Alongside my colleagues in the Bureau we worked closely with the entire Face team, from creative to editorial to marketing. This close collaboration meant that we got an insight from the beginning how the website would be used by the team and how they wished it would be engaged with by visitors.
The outcome included a refreshed identity and The Face’s first journey onto the web, with a focus on editorial and audio. The identity was further expanded on and the print issue launched in September 2019.
