The Sackville

The Sackville Bar captures the spirit of Dublin 1, its charm, its grit, and its quiet sense of glamour. A cocktail bar where history and culture meet, it nods to a time when pubs were simpler, yet full of life. Beloved Dirt celebrates the city’s true character, brought to life in a small, intimate space made for conversation, music, and storytelling. A familiar place. A throwback to a simpler time.

Working closely with owner Dave Mulligan, we developed a visual identity that balances refinement with a raw, lived-in edge, reflecting both the bar’s heritage and its contemporary cocktail offering.

To support the launch, we crafted a photographic language rooted in black and white disposable camera imagery. The result is a gritty, analogue feel that contrasts with the bar’s polished interiors and considered cocktail menu. Helping position The Sackville as a late-night Dublin 1 bar, defined by grit, glamour, and the hours after dark.
