Luzern Brand Identity

Luzern is an eCommerce specialist, helping large and mid-sized companies sell more of their products online. Their simple and intuitive platform enables businesses to quickly connect to audiences across the globe, removing the complexities that arise from selling to over 100 countries. More speed, less obstacles to driving online sales – this is the Luzern difference.

Through a highly participative process of audits and workshops, we developed the brand proposition ‘Accelerating eCommerce for ambitious brands’ providing the company with clarity of purpose, and a bolder, more distinct personality that reflects their ambitions to redefine the world of online sales.

Inspired by the Swiss origins of the name, we developed a simple, structured identity system, which mirrors the simplicity of the solution proposed by Luzern and brings clarity and consistency to the brand. A photo shoot featuring the people behind the platform gives the brand a warmth that is often overlooked by their competitors, and the result is a seamless brand experience that celebrates the role that both technology and their people play in driving the company forward.
