Irish Film Board (2013)

We’ve designed the Irish Film Board international catalogue for the last three years. We originally started with the theme of three point lighting; the most fundamental method of lighting a scene, key light, back light and fill light. This effect is used throughout the trilogy as a backdrop to the films themselves. We changed the theme and colour scheme with each individual piece, conveying a key sentiment each year while retaining the overall format and composition. The added finishes of metallic foil and gloss varnish bring further unity to the series.
