A response to the Covid-19 crisis for the Arts in Ireland.
The 34 page booklet ‘Survive Adapt Renew’ is a report of the Expert Advisory Group to the Arts Council which was adopted in June 2020 and sets out a recommendation that the Arts Council facilitate a new initiative in live arts events before the end of 2020.
The report made a number of key recommendations to support the arts through the COVID-19 crisis under three titles: Survive (Immediate stabilisation measures), Adapt (Measures to enable the arts to make and present work), & Renew (Measures to enable the arts to renew).
It also highlighted the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the arts including a listing of nationwide impact statements as well as a table of estimated costs.
